Rates
Notice: All amounts charged for riding at Mountain Ridge include any taxes and fees that may be assessed. This includes, but is not limited to, a 5% Amusement Tax imposed by the local township beginning in 2021. As in prior years, cabin rentals and campsite rentals with electric hookups, continue to have state sales tax and county hotel tax added to the listed price at purchase.

Season Lease rates
With the opening of our new electric sites we will have electric sites available for 2024 season leases. Most of the cabins were leased in 2023. If you are interested in cabin or electric site leased and did not lease in 2023, please reach out via email and we will be happy to add you to the list to contact for 2024 availability. We will be following the steps listed below to arrange 2024 season leases:
- Season leaseholders from 2023, and those who showed interest in 2024 site leases will be contacted to confirm their interest for 2024 starting in January.
- As additional sites are available prior to opening day or during the upcoming season, sites will become available for season rental.
- Annual Campsite and Cabin lease forms will be available starting in January to mail in your 2024 lease forms if a site can be arranged, please do not complete any forms until you have confirmed your site or cabin numbers with management.

Cabin Leases
4 Person: $3,500
- Cabins available for seasonal lease include: 2 bunk beds, a small refrigerator, and a large door to store your quad when not at the mountain.
All leases include one (1) Family Season Pass Additional passes are available for immediate family members at $150/family member
